Some may know him as Roper but we just call him the master tow truck repair specialist. He can fix everything from helicopters and space ships, to light duty wreckers and rotators. He’s like the Chuck Norris of wreckers and flatbeds. You have a seized pin? Call Roper…when the pin hears his name it will come out on its own. Truck leaking hydraulic fluid? When Roper walks by it cleans itself up. Broken wire rope? Nope says Roper. He literally tells wire rope what to do. I’m not saying he’s the most interesting man in the world, but he’s a topic of conversation at the most interesting man in the world’s dinner table. Chris is ok too.

Love what they are doing here. I say they are more customer service friendly. Abraham the new shop foreman gives 110% to the customer and I love that. I went in there today and Abraham and his team went above and beyond for me today! I will be bringing all my wreckers here! They get the job done and get you In and out as fast as possible and that’s very important in the wrecker business. I highly recommend this place!

WATCH OUT FOR THESE SCAMMERS.. I dropped off my Tow truck to get a winch cable replaced and the manager literally told me he only had one technician in, so I had to wait until that technician came back from lunch to replace the winch cable which would be at 12:30PM. I dropped off the truck at 11:45 and picked it up at 1:35PM after receiving a call that the tow truck was ready. When I received the bill, it said it took them 2 hours to replace the cable. I Literally showed him the call logs from the calls I received from them, at $130 dollars per hour for labor, I asked why was I getting billed for $330 dollars to replace a winch cable. HE SAID THAT HE HAD TWO WORKERS REPLACING THE CABLE AND THAT I HAD TO GET BILLED FOR TWO HOURS OF LABOR PLUS SHOP MATERIALS! THEY LITERALLY TOOK ONE HOUR FROM 12:30PM TO 1:20PM. I PAID THE BILL BECAUSE I WAS IN A RUSH. BUT I LITERALLY GOT SCAMMED. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEIR SERVICES. I SHOULD OF NEVER PAID THAT BILL!
